At Claremont Unified School District we believe that every student's well-being and success are closely tied to their nutrition. We are dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all students, including those with dietary restrictions or medical conditions that require special meal accommodations. Our commitment to fostering a healthy and thriving student body extends to ensuring that every child has access to meals that cater to their individual needs.
Please explore the meal accommodation forms provided below to initiate the process of tailoring meals for your child. If you are only interested in requesting a milk substitution, please submit the Request for Fluid Milk Substitution form below. If your student requires their entire meal to be accommodated, please see the Request Special Meals form below. If you have any questions or need further guidance, don't hesitate to reach out to our school nutrition team. Your child's health and happiness are our top priorities.
Please return forms either my e-mail to bzarate@cusd.claremont.edu or in-person to your student's school cafeteria.
